Our Two-Phase Hiring Process
Phase 1 — Online Application (this form)
Submit your basic contact details, the role you're interested in, your pay expectations, availability, and experience. You may attach a standard resume. Please do not submit IDs or SSNs at this stage.
Phase 2 — In-Person Onboarding (only if an offer is extended)
If we extend you a conditional offer, federal and New York State law require that you physically present original, unexpired identity and work-authorization documents on your first day to complete Form I-9, and that you sign a formal New York State wage notice.

Upon hire (Phase 2), you must present either one document from List A, or one document each from List B and List C, to establish identity and work authorization.
- New York State Pay Rate Notice Guidelines
Under the New York State Wage Theft Prevention Act, we provide every hire a written notice of their pay rate, overtime rate, and payday at the time of hire.
